Our Experience
Security & CCTV Upgrades
Managed multiple projects to install and upgrade security camera systems across common areas, lobbies, inside the lifts, and both internal and external areas of buildings, improving coverage and resident safety.
EV Charging Infrastructure
Managed EV charging installation projects from initial base-building backbone assessment through to final third-party EV charger installation. Engaged electrical engineers to conduct feasibility assessments and design infrastructure plans across multiple sites, overseeing the project from planning through completion.
Insurance Claims Coordination
Coordinated insurance claims in conjunction with strata management, including flood restoration projects, working with restoration teams and insurers to manage the process from initial damage assessment through to resolution. Experience also extends to coordinating claims arising from resident injuries and other incidents.
Facade Rectification & Repainting
Managed a full facade rectification and building repainting project valued at over $1 million, engaging specialist engineers to scope and oversee the works from design through to completion.
Lift Upgrades
Delivered multiple lift upgrade projects across Sydney residential towers, ranging from $2 million to $2.5 million in value — engaging lift consultants to prepare tender documentation and manage contractors through to handover.
Balcony & Facade Waterproofing
Managed balcony waterproofing and facade remediation projects following water ingress issues, engaging accredited practitioners to design scopes of work in line with the Building Practitioners Act and overseeing tender and construction phases.
Fire Safety & Compliance Orders
Managed multiple fire safety orders, engaging fire engineers to assess requirements and overseeing passive fire contractors through to full compliance and order closure.
Access Control & Fob System Upgrades
Delivered multiple access control and fob system upgrade projects, working closely with strata committees and owners corporations to design and implement solutions suited to each building's security needs.
Number Plate Recognition Systems
Managed the installation of number plate recognition systems at car park entrances, improving vehicle access control and security for residents and visitors.
Day-to-Day Operations
Beyond major projects, our team has managed the full scope of building operations across approximately 30 residential sites, including budgeting and financial oversight, contractor and service provider management, defect resolution, concierge coordination, and ongoing liaison with strata committees and owners corporations.
Qualifications & Professional Development
In addition to hands-on industry experience, our Managing Director has completed a project management course through the University of Sydney, bringing a structured, formal approach to project planning and delivery alongside years of practical, on-the-ground experience.
